XII. International scientific conference 

Department of Food Hygiene and Safety of Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of the Slovak University of Agriculture organizes XII. International Scientific conference.

The conference is addressed to the general public, professional operating in the food industry, food analysis laboratories, food research and education.

Date: 26. – 27. March 2015.

Venue: Congress center of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Smolenice.

Conference goals: to present the latest trends in the field of food control and food safety, food analysis, authentication and traceability of food allergens and contaminants, application of new methods in food analysis.
